Great agents take care of the whole process for you from start to finish for a small fee, roughly 6% of the sales price of your home. We believe we can do better, we pay all of the fees, even your closing costs.
You should sell to us over an agent because we’ll tell you right away what we’ll pay and can close in as few as 7 days, or as long as you need. If you decide you’d rather do the work and have open houses that’s fine! We’ll still buy the house when it hits the market, you’ll just have to pay the agent.
